What is EHEF?
The European Higher Education Fair (EHEF) Philippines 2026 returns under the theme “EU: Pathways to Excellence. Building the Future.”, bringing European higher education closer to Filipino students and academic professionals.
This year, 13 European Union Member States and more than 70 European higher education institutions are represented, offering Filipino students the opportunity to explore a diverse range of academic programmes, discover scholarship and funding opportunities, and learn more about studying in Europe.
Join us at the onsite fair on 20–21 November 2026 at the Midtown Atrium, Robinsons Manila, or participate in the online sessions from 23–25 November 2026 to discover the opportunities European higher education has to offer.

Education opens doors to new opportunities, broadens our horizons, and connects people across borders. Through our partnership with the Philippines, the European Union is committed to creating pathways for Filipino students to pursue their ambitions and discover new possibilities through international education.
Under the theme “EU: Pathways to Excellence. Building the Future,” the European Higher Education Fair (EHEF) Philippines 2026 celebrates the transformative power of education and the value of cultural exchange. Studying in Europe offers more than academic excellence. It is an opportunity to discover new cultures, build lasting friendships, and gain perspectives that can shape both your personal and professional journey.
Through initiatives such as Erasmus+, the EU supports academic mobility and cooperation between European and Philippine higher education institutions. These exchanges strengthen our academic communities and foster the mutual understanding that brings our societies closer together.
As Filipino students explore opportunities in Europe, they also carry a little of the Philippines wherever their journeys take them. In exchanging stories, traditions, and perspectives, they become bridges between our societies, strengthening the friendship between the Philippines and Europe in ways that extend far beyond their studies. By making international education more accessible, we invest not only in the future of individual students, but also in the generations who will shape our societies and strengthen the ties between our countries.
EHEF 2026 brings together more than 70 European higher education institutions from 13 countries, offering Filipino students and academics opportunities to explore academic programmes, scholarships, and international learning experiences.

Studying in the European Union opens doors not only to world-class education, but also to new cultures, friendships and great opportunities that last a lifetime. Education is one of the strongest connections between the EU and the Philippines. We share the same passion and commitment to create opportunities that empower the Filipino youth to thrive in the global arena. Through the Erasmus+, the EU is able to foster global mobility, stronger collaboration and academic exchanges between European and Philippine higher education institutions.
The annual European Higher Education Fair (EHEF) is a great chance to explore diverse programmes that are suited to your interests, skills and talents. It also best highlights the EU’s unwavering commitment to equip Filipino students with the skills they need to become future leaders who can influence, innovate, and contribute to progress.
The Fair, which will be held on 21 and 22 November (onsite) and on 24 November (online), will provide a most comprehensive information on academic programmes, eligibility requirements, innovations, student life and lifelong learning in the EU’s topnotch higher education institutions.
I invite all Filipino youth to be part of this exciting global journey through EHEF. This is definitely a journey where innovation, knowledge, and cultural appreciation converge towards greater success.

Aya Abraham is a development professional with over a decade of experience in programme development, project management, community development, governance, and social innovation.
She completed the Erasmus Mundus Master's Programme in Global Markets, Local Creativities (GLOCAL) at the University of Glasgow, Barcelona, and Göttingen in 2021. Her international education complements her multidisciplinary work across government, civil society, research, and international development.

Dr. Amil Kusain Tan Jr. is a nurse scientist, family nurse practitioner, educator, and healthcare leader, currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Hunter College, City University of New York.
As an Erasmus Mundus Scholar, he completed the Erasmus Mundus Master Course in Emergency and Critical Care Nursing, studying across Spain, Portugal, and Finland. His work today spans healthcare, research, education, health equity, and nursing workforce development.

Zyra Mae Oliman is a food and packaging professional with over a decade of experience in research and development, packaging innovation, and technical services.
She completed an MSc in Food Innovation & Product Design (FIPDes) in 2014 through institutions in France, Ireland, and Sweden, and is currently pursuing her second Master in Food Systems focused on Sustainable Food Production through an international programme involving institutions in Sweden, Spain, & Denmark.
