A licensed Civil Engineer and entrepreneur, JC Castro has built a career spanning infrastructure development, business operations, sustainability, and innovation.

He completed the Erasmus Mundus Master's Degree in Transition, Innovation, and Sustainability Environments, with studies across Portugal, Ireland, Poland, and Austria. His experience brings together engineering, entrepreneurship, creative problem solving, and sustainable design.

Dr. Amil Kusain Tan Jr. is a nurse scientist, family nurse practitioner, educator, and healthcare leader, currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Hunter College, City University of New York.

As an Erasmus Mundus Scholar, he completed the Erasmus Mundus Master Course in Emergency and Critical Care Nursing, studying across Spain, Portugal, and Finland. His work today spans healthcare, research, education, health equity, and nursing workforce development.

Zyra Mae Oliman is a food and packaging professional with over a decade of experience in research and development, packaging innovation, and technical services.

She completed an MSc in Food Innovation & Product Design (FIPDes) in 2014 through institutions in France, Ireland, and Sweden, and is currently pursuing her second Master in Food Systems focused on Sustainable Food Production through an international programme involving institutions in Sweden, Spain, & Denmark.
